Parenting a child with special needs is a journey filled with love, strength, and resilience, but it can also come with unique challenges that many others may not fully understand. The Online Support Group for Moms of Children with Special Needs is a safe, welcoming, and understanding space where moms can come together to share experiences, gain support, and nurture their own well-being.

Through weekly virtual sessions, moms have the opportunity to:

- Connect with others who truly understand their experiences

- Learn practical tools and coping strategies for stress, burnout, and balance

- Explore meaningful topics such as self-care, family relationships, advocacy, and navigating community resources

- Find encouragement, comfort, and empowerment in a caring community

Each session provides a blend of conversation, reflection, and learning, helping moms build connections and find strength in shared experiences.

Whether you need a listening ear, a moment to recharge, or inspiration to keep going, this group is here for you. Because you don’t have to do it alone, and your wellness matters too.
