Healthy Minds Workshops

FREE ONLINE WORKSHOPS

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused massive layoffs, forced isolation, and tremendous financial, physical, and mental health stress in our community. To address these challenges, we are offering a comprehensive selection of FREE, ONLINE workshops for Albertans.

When: Tuesday – Friday, 1:00 – 2:00PM

  • Tuesdays: Building Mental Health Resiliency
  • Wednesdays: Chronic Stress & Painful Emotions
  • Thursdays: Healthy Thinking Habits
  • Fridays: Balanced Boundaries
