What is Drop-In ESL?
Do you want to learn English? Are you unable to take LINC classes because you are busy with work, school or your family? We offer flexible Drop-In ESL classes for landed immigrants, refugees, and Canadian citizens, where you can learn to speak English as a Second Language. With a series of class times and options, you can attend classes at the time that best meets your schedule.
Taught by qualified volunteer instructors, these classes will teach you the English needed to understand life in Canada. We offer three different levels of Drop-In ESL:
1. Pre-Basic
2. Basic
3. Intermediate/Advanced
Eligibility
Permanent Residents, Refugees, and Canadian Citizens
Limited Space available for Temporary Residents (Refugee Claimants, Visitors, etc.)
18+ years of age
Recommended for Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 1-4 and CLB 5+
Semester
4 Classes Per Week
1 Month = 16 Classes
4 Months = 64 Classes
