An exclusive corporate stair climb challenge at the Calgary Tower bringing together
Calgary's business community to build a stronger workforce and stronger city.
October 3, 2026 • Calgary Tower
Every step represents the determination, resilience, and ambition that newcomers bring to Calgary's workforce
For more than 38 years, TIES has helped newcomers gain the language skills, employment support, and professional training needed to thrive in Calgary.
Today, many employers continue to face workforce challenges while skilled newcomer talent faces barriers to opportunity.
#ClimbStrong brings these worlds together.
By sponsoring and participating, your organization helps create pathways to employment, workplace success, and economic inclusion for newcomers while demonstrating leadership in building a stronger Calgary.
What Makes Climb Strong Different?
Instead of a traditional fundraising gala, Climb Strong combines wellness, team building, networking, and community impact into one unforgettable experience.
Compete alongside Calgary's leading employers in a private Calgary Tower stair climb.
Celebrate your achievement with an exclusive networking breakfast overlooking the city.
Connect with executives, HR leaders, community partners, sponsors, and decision makers.
Support programs that help newcomers build careers and contribute their talents to Calgary's economy.
For over 38 years, TIES has been helping newcomers build skills, find opportunities, and contribute to Calgary's workforce and communities. In 2025–2026, we proudly supported 45,869 clients through language training, employment services, settlement support, mental health programs, childcare, and research initiatives.
