Language Instruction has been an integral program for C.I.E.S. since 1988. We offer courses for all levels of English including non-literate ESL training and LINC programs.
LINC program
Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) has been offered by C.I.E.S. since 1991. L.I.N.C. is funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada and is free for newcomers to Canada. It provides a uniform quality of language training across the country. At present we offer thirty LINC classes every day from Literacy class, LINC level 1 to LINC level 5 including 11 full-time classes and 19 part-time classes in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Our Childminding Program provides a diverse environment for children between 19 months and 6 years of age who have parents studing in the L.I.N.C. program..
